You are a leader. You are an entrepreneur or business owner. If not, you at least want to be.

That’s where this book comes in.

Dave Ramsey has had his share of ups and downs in business. He became a millionaire in his 20’s, went bankrupt, then built his way back to become a millionaire again. Through the years, he started learning the lessons from the mistakes he’s made. He began teaching these lessons to his company. His team members began inviting friends and family to come to these training sessions. The training sessions continued to grow into a huge part of his business.

EntreLeadership is entrepreneurship and leadership combined. Dave Ramsey wanted to build a team of people that had the edge, risk, and drive of an entrepreneur. He also wanted the same team to possess the leadership qualities of humility, integrity, and service to others. This combination grows a team that has humble courage, influential learning, and are mavericks who have integrity.

In the book, he covers practical ways to live your dream, manage your time, hire and fire effectively, sell by serving, and deal with people (and a lot more).

He refers to John Maxwell’s book The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership:

Basically he says that there is a lid on my organization and on my future, and that lid is me. I am the problem with my company and you are the problem with your company.

With that, he also makes the point that you are also the solution to the problem.

One of my favorite quotes from the book is what Dave Ramsey calls the Momentum Theorem:

Focused Intensity Over Time Multiplied By God Equals Unstoppable Momentum.
